Daniel Tong

Practicing Kinesiologist

Daniel is a kinesiologist with a passion for powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting. He has dedicated his career to helping athletes and individuals achieve their fitness goals and recover from injuries through evidence-based rehabilitation exercise therapy.

Daniel has worked as a powerlifting coach, training athletes of all levels. He has also worked with non-athletes, helping them improve their strength, endurance, and overall health & fitness.

Daniel’s experience as a powerlifting coach eventually led him to focus on injury rehabilitation and pre-habilitation. Through a combination of kinesiology principles and exercise rehabilitation with his background in powerlifting, he has helped individuals improve their squat, bench press, and deadlift by identifying any weaknesses, imbalances or restrictions in an individual’s body that may be limiting their powerlifting potential.

His knowledge of strength and conditioning, combined with his understanding of kinesiology and rehabilitation sciences, enables him to design effective rehabilitation programs for car accident victims of all ages. These rehabilitation programs have helped his clients recover from their injuries and regain their strength and mobility. Daniel’s clients have been able to make a full recovery and enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle once again. Many even come out stronger and healthier than before their accidents.
